With over two decades of sales experience ranging from cold calling to knocking on more than 10,000 doors, Jake has proven himself as a skilled and successful entrepreneur.
In recent years, Jake has turned his attention to investments, building a real estate portfolio of over 2000 acres between 2021 and 2023. He has syndicated over $10 million, leading to five separate projects that are currently valued at over $80,000,000. Jake is also working on building the second largest manufactured home park in Florida with business partners.

In his spare time, Jake speaks weekly in prisons to support youth in breaking the cycle of recidivism.
